Fees
Vary. Fees for users without insurance based on ability to pay. Medical care fees range from $25-$75 based on income and household size. Prenatal care package, $1200, includes all prenatal visits, ultrasounds on-site and physician delivery fee, but not lab work. lab work fees are discounted based on income and household size.
Intake Procedure
Call for appointment, beginning at 7:45 am. Bring photo ID, insurance card, medicine and child's shot records to each visit. If self-pay, new patients need to bring proof of income. Pharmacies are closed for lunch each day from 1:00pm-2:00pm. Refill requests from your pharmacy should be faxed to the clinic where you have been treated.
