Description:
Provides a wellness center with health and nutritional education about strokes, heart attacks, diabetes, high blood pressure and other diseases, with a dietitian on site twice a month. Also provides free HIV testing for persons 13 and older as well as free Hepatitis C testing.
Hours:
Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Call for further information on testing and for event schedule.

Eligibility:
Low-income families in Fayette, Tipton, Lauderdale and Haywood counties; free Hepatitis testing for adults and free HIV testing available for anyone 13 and older.
