Description:
Provides a city government information line which accepts citizen complaints and questions about city services, refers concerns to proper agencies, and tracks progress of responses to citizen concerns for the city of Memphis. Citizens may file a complaint in person, by phone, online or through the SeeClickFix mobile app with a smart phone. Filing online allows citizens to track the status of their requests online as well.
Hours:
Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; CLOSED 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM FOR LUNCH OCCASIONALLY; CHECK VOICEMAIL SCHEDULE
Intake Process:
Call, walk in or file a complaint via the website; may also download the new SeeClickFix app from the Android and iPhone store to take a picture of a problem issue in the city, add a description and submit it to the 3-1-1 center for resolution. Citizens who file a complaint online will be able to track the progress of their request online as well.
