Description:

Provides Customer Care Center Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 7:00 pm. MLGW's policy is NOT to disconnect residential accounts for non-payment when following conditions exist: Forecast wind chill factor will be 32 degrees Fahrenheit or below for 24 hours or more; forecast heat index will be 100 degrees Fahrenheit or above at any time during 24-hour period.

MLGW will also not cut off accounts when the forecast heat index will be 95 degrees Fahrenheit or above at any time in 24-hour period for customers who are ages 60 and older, physically challenged, or certified as life-support dependent.

Customers can call 544-MLGW (6549) for Billing & Payment inquiries and for Starts/Stops/Transfers of services and Pilot Safety Inspections during these hours to receive assistance from an MLGW service advisor.

Call during Customer Care Center hours. Bilingual staff available at the center and in HR department during regular hours
