Description:

Provides text message mobile notification of billing due dates and possible impending cut-offs. Mobile Alerts participants receive notifications approximately three business days prior to billing due dates and/or scheduled cut-off dates, but only if balances are due. Customers must pay any fees charged by carriers for text messages.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00pm., Monday through Friday

Intake Process:

Go to www.mlgw.com/mobilealerts to enroll in the program. To opt out of the program, go to the same website and select the opt-out option.

Program Fees:

No Fee from MLGW. Customers must pay any fees charged by carriers for text messages.

Eligibility:

Customers with regular cell phone service need 16-digit MLGW account numbers and access codes found on their MLGW bills to sign up.
