Description:

Provides comprehensive early intervention for children, birth to three years, with developmental delays or diagnosed conditions affecting development. Therapy and educational services are provided in the natural environment/home. Services include developmental, occupational, speech/physical therapies, ABA services and a child care center. Spanish speaking staff available.

Eligibility:

Ages birth to three years with neuro-motor and/or developmental disability or delay who are eligible for the TEIS (TN Early Intervention System). All referrals are recorded by TEIS; call for how to apply for referral; daycare center serves ages six weeks to five years. Serves Fayette, Lauderdale, Shelby and Tipton counties.
