Investigates complaints of alleged police misconduct in order to enhance and promote a better working relationship between Memphis Police Department and citizens through the Civilian Law Enforcement Review Board.

Intake Process:
An investigation by the Memphis Police Dept's Office of Internal Affairs must be completed before you can file a complaint with the Civilian Law Enforcement Review Board. Call (901) 636-4955 or walk in to the MPD's Internal Affairs Dept at 2714 Union Ave Extended, Memphis, TN 38112 to determine if your complaint has been investigated and completed.
To lodge a complaint with the Board, call (901) 636-6840 or walk in to the Board office at 555 Beale St, Memphis, TN 38103.
