Description:

Provides gynecology, breast examinations/mammograms, and family planning/counseling for low-income women. OB/GYN services available only on Mondays. Mammograms available every Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri 8:00 am - 11:30 am at E.H. Crump clinic. Prenatal Care Program includes routine pregnancy checkups, lab work, postpartum care, help applying for WIC, if client is eligible, and has transportation to and from appointments and prenatal/parenting classes.

Hours:

Mon - Thu 7:30 am - 5:30 pm; Fri 7:30 am - 11:30 am; Sat 8:00 am - Noon

Program Fees:

Accepts most insurance carriers and TennCare plans including Americhoice and Blue Care (Volunteer State Health Plan). Also accepts Medicare and Medicare Advantage, Unison Advantage (Americhoice), HealthSpring, and Windsor. Sliding-scale fees based on income, if no health plan. Minimum charges: $25.00/visit and $65.00/mammograms. Women who qualify for TBCCEDP get free breast and cervical cancer screenings.

Eligibility:

Uninsured patients must provide proof of family income, household size, and address. Low-income women may qualify for free TN Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program. Assists pregnant women with no insurance in applying forTennCare Presumptive Eligibility Program so that they might get free prenatal care at the center.
