Processes applications for TennCare eligibility, presumptive health care eligibility for pregnant mothers and for women with breast or cervical cancer for 45 days while TennCare application is processed, and re-verifications.

No Fee for eligible women; eligibility guidelines are based on Federal Poverty Income guidelines; must be Medicaid (TennCare) eligible

Eligibility:

Pregnant women and women with breast or cervical cancer; must be US citizen or qualified immigrant (must have been in the country 5+ years to possibly qualify, but may get assistance with Cover Kids ONLY if they have been in country under 5 years and pregnant.) HOWEVER, UNDOCUMENTED PERSONS OR GREEN CARD HOLDERS OF LESS THAN FIVE YEARS MAY CALL 1-866-620-8864 TO SEE IF THEY QUALIFY UNDER OTHER PROGRAMS.
