Description:

Provides federally funded program which offers HIV related medical care and support services to eligible individuals with HIV/AIDS. Services include outpatient medical care, prescription drug assistance, oral health care, early intervention services, mental health counseling, medical nutrition therapy, medical case management, substance abuse counseling, emergency financial assistance, food bank, housing, medical transportation, outreach and health insurance assistance, and psychosocial support.

Eligibility:

Services available to eligible residents of Crittenden County, AR; DeSoto, Marshall, Tate and Tunica counties in MS; and Fayette, Shelby and Tipton counties in TN. Clients must have an income at or below 400% of the federal poverty level and must either have no insurance or be underinsured. Persons with health insurance are eligible for medical and support services not covered by their insurance.
