Provides information and telephone triage to Shelby County Health Department offices that assist residents with questions related to flu outbreaks, Corona Virus and other current health concerns. As of March 2020, the department has a separate Coronavirus Hotline to call for information (901-222-MASK or 901-222-6275. Persons who are about to become homeless due to COVID-19 issues may call the 901-222-MASK number for possible help. For information on other viruses or health concerns, please call 901-222-9000.
