Provides confidential HIV testing and counseling, surveillance of HIV/AIDS cases, STD/HIV presentations and workshops upon request, special community initiatives, statistics on STD/HIV for the county and screenings/treatments/information about sexually-transmitted diseases at the Sexual Health Clinic (former Packer STD/HIV Clinic) at Room 102, 814 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38105. Accepts TennCare.

Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Intake Process:

Call to make appointment for testing at least one day in advance; Testing Hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 2:30 pm for HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia and hepatitis C testing. Call for counseling and education; see website, Facebook or Twitter account for more information.

Program Fees:

A complete STD Panel (including testing for Syphilis, gonorrhea, hepatitis C and chlamydia) is $10.00 for all tests. The fee includes testing and treatment if necessary. Clinic accepts all major credit cards except for American Express. Accepts TennCare and all insurance carriers. HIV testing is free. Test results are back in five business days.
