Provides WIC (Women, Infant and Children Nutrition Program) applications, screenings and certifications for pregnant women and children under age 6 who qualify. Provides vouchers for nutritious food, nutrition education, and counseling, well child checkups and immunizations. Does not accept walk in clients.

Clinic Hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Intake Process:
MUST call for appointment for WIC screening. Does not accept walk-ins. All applicants must be present; requires state-issued ID, proof of residence, proof of income, and children's current shot and insurance records, if applicable. Pregnant applicants must bring proof of pregnancy.
