Provides well child screenings and physicals and WIC (Women, Infant and Children Nutrition Program) applications, screenings and certifications for pregnant women and children under age 6 who qualify. Provides vouchers for nutritious food, nutrition education, and counseling. Also offers breastfeeding support for new mothers.

Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 3:30 pm
Intake Process:
Call for appointment for WIC Screening or checkup; Phone applicants only (due to COVID-19); requires state-issued ID, proof of residence, proof of income, and children's current shot and insurance records, if applicable. Pregnant applicants must bring proof of pregnancy.
Program Fees:
No Fee for WIC Screenings or for checkups for TennCare recipients; call for self-pay fees for physicals
