Description:
Provides confidential family planning services, including birth control supplies, pregnancy tests, medical examinations, screening for cervical and breast cancer, anemia and high blood pressure screening, laboratory tests, reproductive health education and counseling, nutrition education and counseling, enrollment in WIC and childbirth classes. Family planning services available at Millington clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays. No one is refused services because of inability to pay.
Hours:
Regular Clinic Hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; Reproductive Health/Family Planning Clinic Hours: Tue and Thu 8:00 am - 3:30 pm

Call to schedule appointment.
Program Fees:
Sliding-scale fee, but no one is refused services because of inability to pay. Clients with sexually-transmitted diseases are referred to Packer Clinic downtown.
