Description:
Provides auctions (usually 4 per year) of real estate delinquent on property taxes in Shelby County. Bidding starts at taxes due. Buyers must pay for the property in full within 24 hours with ACH online transfer with a registered bank account; buyers must pre-register at the site before bidding on a piece of real estate. Call for more details or check website about the next auction date and for dates of Real Estate Road Shows with information about properties to be auctioned and how to participate.
Tax sales are held by the Shelby County Chancery Court Clerk & Master's office with management support from the Trustee's office. The county conducts four tax sales per year and all auctions are held online; properties are available for viewing on the website before sales begin. Register beforehand through the website.
