The TennCare Advocacy Program is an organization committed to helping Tennesseans get, use, and keep TennCare. This is a free service for everyone in Tennessee. The Advocacy Program Provides information, assistance, and referrals about TennCare. The Advocacy Program can help you find out if you qualify for TennCare coverage, how to apply or renew your TennCare, understand your benefits and how to complete and eligibility appeal or medical appeal.

Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Central Time

Call for details or contact through website (although there is a voicemail option given on a recording for afterhours, staff does NOT answer voicemail messages; must call back during operating hours)
