Description:
NOTE: AS OF 10/11/21, IN PERSON SERVICES ARE STILL BY APPOINTMENT ONLY DUE TO COVID-19. Provides individualized vocational rehabilitation: diagnostic services; treatment for medical and vocational purposes; prosthetic appliances; training on the job or at a trade school, business school, college, or other facility; maintenance and transportation while enrolled in training; employment counseling and guidance; employment placement; post-employment support services; rehabilitation technology (assists client and employer at work site in modifying and adapting equipment, appliances, and devices); TN Disability Determination Services is in conjunction with Social Security Administration.

Eligibility:
Ages 16 and over; have a job handicap due to mental or physical disability; require vocational rehabilitation services in order to prepare for, enter, engage in, or retain employment. Intake counselors are in the office each day to take applications. Reports may be required.
