Intake Process:

APPLICATION: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:00 pm call (901) 722-7171, prompt * FOR AN OPERATOR. To request application via email, submit applicant's name, current address, and telephone number to mpluscertification@matatransit.com. Application will be mailed in 5-7 business days.

RESERVATIONS: Call (901) 722-7171, prompt #2 each day including holidays 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Individuals with hearing impairments may confirm reservations at TTY (901) 523-2817.

Program Fees:

Fees for approved MATAPlus customers are low cost but vary by area; MataPlus passes are available; call or see website for exact fares

Eligibility:

Memphis residents unable to use fixed route regular bus or trolley service due to physical, cognitive or visual disabilities; must be certified through a functional assessment by health care providers
