Provides student records and transcripts for Memphis-Shelby County School students.

Hours:

Mon - Fri 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Intake Process:

Order transcripts online or walk in to order; processing of student records take 7-15 business days, and walk in orders take longer than ordering online; mail and fax requests are NOT accepted; if government agencies are ordering records, call the office beforehand to get coupon code for ordering records online

Program Fees:

For Alumni: HS Transcript: $6.00/transcript; $2.00 for each additional copy; Proof of Graduation/$6.00; Complete Cumulative School Records/$20.00 ($16.00 per copy plus $4.00 Processing Fee)

For Corporations, Universities and Attorneys: HS Transcripts, Proof of Graduation, Complete Cumulative School Records and Responses/$20.00; Cumulative Subpoenas/$35.00
