Provides regular curriculum and teen parenting classes; makes referrals to Shelby County Schools mental health team; provides day care for babies six weeks to three years. Doctor provides case management for pregnant students, insuring that they attend prenatal appointments, and offers basic screenings (checks fetal heartbeat and blood pressure).

Requires Shelby County School residence; all children in day care must have a recent physical, immunization record and certified copy of their birth certificate

Eligibility:
Shelby County Schools students grades 9-12 currently pregnant or parenting. Accepts referrals from school guidance counselors.
