Description:

Provides loans for home ownership and repair needs to low income families; provides grants for home repairs and weatherization to eligible elderly (ages 62 and over) or disabled persons and very low income homeowners in rural areas. Also provides loans to businesses and non-profits to build multi-family residences in rural areas of counties covered by this office: Chester, Decatur, Fayette, Hardeman, Hardin, Haywood, Henderson, Lauderdale, Madison (excluding city of Jackson), McNairy, Shelby (excluding city of Memphis) and Tipton counties.
