Description:
Water and Waste Programs provide loans and grants to develop water, waste disposal systems, electrification and telecommunication infrastructure in rural areas and towns not exceeding 10,000 people. Community Facility Program provides loans and grants for essential community facility projects such as schools, public safety facilities, healthcare facilities, municipal buildings, senior centers or libraries and more in rural areas and towns not exceeding 20,000 people.
