Description:
Provides loans for home ownership and repair needs to low- and moderate-income families; provides grants for home repairs and weatherization to eligible elderly (above 62 only) and very low-income homeowners in rural areas only.

Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Call for eligibility details and to schedule interview.
Program Fees:
Varies by program; some elderly, very low-income individuals may be eligible for home repair grants.
Eligibility:
Low-income residents of rural areas in single family homes in these counties in TN: Benton, Carroll, Crockett, Dyer, Gibson, Henry, Lake, Obion and Weakley. Eligible rural areas must have less than 35,000 population.
