Provides limited utility assistance (maximum $100.00 per year per client) for sickle cell patients in the state of Tennessee. Must provide a cutoff notice from MLG&W or other utility company as part of the application. PLEASE NOTE: PERSONS WHO ONLY HAVE THE SICKLE CELL TRAIT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ASSISTANCE.
Hours:
Mon - Thu 9:00 am - 4:00 pm; Fri 9:00 am - Noon
Intake Process:
Requires referral from Sickle Cell Clinic and/or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital social workers; must provide a cutoff notice from MLG&W or other utility company as part of the application..
