Technical assistance is given to businesses locating to, operating in, or expanding in Bartlett. In the older commercial district, Bartlett Station, facade improvement grants and tenant incentive grants may be approved by Bartlett Station Commission. Publishes handbook for land development and maps. Oversees annexations.
