Description:
Provides Medicare supplement insurance and Part B premiums. The Qualified Medicare Beneficiary program (QMB), Specified Low-Income Medicare Beneficiary (SLMB), and Qualified Individual program (QI), help Medicare beneficiaries of modest means pay all or some of Medicare's cost sharing amounts, i.e., premiums, deductibles and co-payments. This office has a kiosk to help persons apply for Medicaid in the office and have counselors that may help with submitting applications online to the Federal Facilitated Marketplace and TennCare for processing; office staff helps submit applications to ACA and TennCare and directs persons to other insurance resources if needed. Kiosk services only.
