Description:

Provides local phone, internet, cable and alarm services for Millington and Munford areas in Shelby and Tipton counties and other areas. Provides Lifeline low-income telephone assistance to eligible customers.

Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Intake Process:

Call (800) 234-9473 to apply for Lifeline discounted phone service programs (must already have a Ritter landline to apply for this discount). Walk in to the Millington or Munford office to apply for new phone service.

Program Fees:

Subscription rates apply for regular customers; customers who qualify for Lifeline will save $9.25/month and up, based on availability, on the local service portion of their phone bill only. This program does not provide assistance on long distance charges or special features like Caller ID or Call Waiting.

Eligibility:

Persons who currently receive SSI, TANF, Food Stamps or Medicaid automatically qualify for the Lifeline programs. The phone company will ask for proof of enrollment in these programs. You may also qualify depending on income. Contact TRA (800-342-8359) for more information on income requirements for these telephone assistance programs.
