Call to report a lost, damaged or stolen EBT card and follow automated instructions. You will need your social security number; if you say "Don't Have It" as one of the options, you will be transferred to a human operator. You may also check your current EBT card balance by putting in your card number at the website; you will need your EBT card to access the balance.
