Provides Tibetan Buddhist meditation center in Memphis, with conferences, special events and weekly meditation practice sessions every Sunday from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm and every Friday night from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm. Practice sessions are free, though donations are welcome. NOTE: DUE TO COVID-19, THERE ARE STILL NO IN PERSON SERVICES AVAILABLE AS OF MAY 2022; HOWEVER, THIS MAY CHANGE.
