Description:

Provides housing for low-income individuals with physical or mental disability in a variety of locations in west TN in Hardeman, Hardin, Henry, Madison, McNairy and Shelby County. Housing options include group homes, independent congregate living and independent apartments. Group homes include 24/7 on-site staff; independent living homes do not have in-house staff; however, housing staff do check in with residents once a month and are available 24/7 to residents by phone.

Rental Fees vary by property, but most have a low, set rent; two properties in Memphis are income based and may accept persons with no income who qualify.
