Description:

Social Security Administration-approved service provides representative payee assistance for persons with special needs who cannot manage SSI or disability income. Agency receives the funds and assists individuals with paying bills, saving, and allocating spending allowance.

Hours:

Mon - Thu 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Intake Process:

Call to schedule an appointment or walk in to apply. Documents needed: Valid Social Security Card, State Issued ID and/or Driver's License, referral from Social Security Administration and a copy of current bills.

Program Fees:

Monthly fee ($41.00) as determined by Social Security

Eligibility:

Social Security benefit recipients in West TN who are not able to manage their own finances, as determined by Social Security; requires referral from Social Security
