Provides an infant mortality initiative that reviews fetal and infant deaths that occur among Shelby County residents, interviews mothers and families that have experienced a pregnancy or infant loss, makes referrals for grief and bereavement services and provides Safe Sleep training and educational presentations to reduce Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS)Sleep-Related deaths. This agency provides free cribs to Shelby County residents (Mom must be at least 36 weeks up to infant less than 5 months old and weighing less than 20 pounds; please call for appointment; requires ID and proof of birth).

Appointment Hours: Mon/Wed/Fri 9:00 am - 3:00 pm; Office Hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
