Provides faith-based pro-life women's clinic that offers physical exams, cervical cancer screenings, breast/testicular cancer screening, STD testing and treatment, high blood pressure screening, anemia screening, pregnancy testing, prenatal care and contraceptive methods plus primary pediatric care.

Intake Process:

Call to schedule an appointment, beginning at *:00 am for same day scheduling. Self-payers must bring proof of income to first visit to determine sliding-scale fee.

Program Fees:

Sliding Scale Fee. Discounts range from 60%-75% depending on income and household size, with a minimum of $25.00. For services requiring a lab, the fees include the cost of the lab and the discounted cost of the procedure. Accepts TennCare and most private insurance plans.

Spanish interpreters available upon request
