Description:
Promotes housing stability among very low income veteran families who reside in permanent housing. Intensive case management and assisting participants to obtain VA benefits and other public benefits including counseling, employment training, education assistance, health care, financial planning, transportation, legal childcare and housing services.

Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Eligibility:
A member of the vet family must be very low income, occupy permanent housing, is homeless and is scheduled to become a resident of permanent housing within 90 days, or has exited permanent housing within the previous 90 days to seek alternative low-income housing.
