New Memphis Institute is forging a more prosperous and vital new Memphis by developing, activating and retaining talent. The organization does this by operating a suite of leadership development programs for leaders at every career level or life stage including Launch: Accelerate and Summer Experience for interns and college students, Embark, Fellows, and Leadership Development Intensive (the Stride program for early career teachers). Special Notes/Funding
Provides the Fellows program, a year-long program for emerging leaders to address key community issues. Fellows work as teams to create and implement a Community Action Plan which addresses a community need, leverages the resources of community organizations and has a lasting effect on the community.

$500.00/application process fee due upon acceptance. All program fees paid by corporate sponsors.
