Information Technology Maintenance/Support

Programs that help nonprofit organizations, small businesses and other groups obtain access to the expertise they require to ensure that hardware, software and telecommunications equipment is operating properly; that a plan is in place to upgrade equipment, as needed; and that data systems are appropriately backed up and maintained. Services may include negotiation of necessary arrangements with vendors or other sources of support or direct provision of the maintenance and support services which may be provided by telephone, by direct dial-up access to the equipment or via a personal visit by technical personnel.

Website Development Services

Programs that help nonprofit organizations, small businesses and other groups conduct an assessment of their needs and design, implement, maintain, market and/or manage a website that accurately reflects their organizational persona and effectively promotes and/or delivers their products and services. Included are programs that provide consultation and/or training services in web development and those that design, implement, host and/or manage the site for the organization.

Wireless Technology Selection/Implementation

Programs that help nonprofit organizations, small businesses and other groups select, configure and effectively use hardware and software combinations which enable two or more appliances to share data with one other without direct cable connections. Broadly speaking, wireless networking includes cell and satellite phones, pagers, two-way radios, wireless LANs and modems, and Global Positioning Systems (GPS).
