Description:
Provides basic medical care including physical examinations, school physicals, immunizations, family planning, birth control, sexually transmitted disease testing and treatment, chronic disease treatment including diabetes, nutrition assistance and diagnosis and treatment of common ailments. Lab tests and medication available. Free pregnancy tests for teens at all sites (fee for adults). Free reproductive health services, birth control, and family planning to teens at all sites. Counseling at all sites. Services are provided on an ability-to-pay basis and target low-income residents of the community.
