The Case Management program is designed to assist low-income households in identifying and overcoming barriers that prevent economic self-sufficiency. The Case Management program encourages positive life changes that empower entire families to become more self sufficient.

Description
The USDA Commodity Food Program provides non-perishable food items to eligible households through a partnership with the USDA and The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP.) Households must meet USDA income guidelines. Each county office hosts quarterly food distribution days for the general public who meet necessary guidelines.
