Description
The helpline is the only 24/7 domestic violence helpline serving all of Tennessee. Callers are connected immediately to crisis intervention specialists who provide connection to resources, safety plan with victims, conduct lethality assessments with local police, and assist in transitioning callers to the next level of help. The Statewide Domestic Violence Helpline is a referral and counseling helpline for victims of domestic violence. Counselors are available 24/7 to offer referrals and supportive listening, and help with safety planning.
