An organization made up of volunteers who are working to end pet overpopulation in DeKalb County. Personal resources, fundraisers, donations and grant money are used to provide humane care and permanent homes for homeless animals in the community. Provides spay/neuter programs in attempt to eliminate pet overpopulation in DeKalb County. Does not have a shelter and relies on volunteers to foster our animals until a permanent home is found.
