Screening and referral for victims of domestic/family violence to partner agencies of the Knoxville Family Justice Center. There are 64 partner agencies, including on and off-site, providing services to include: assisting w/ filing orders of protection, safety planning, obtaining shelter, obtaining immediate needs assistance including transportation and safe forms of communication, applying for housing, applying for benefits, filing warrants, etc.
A "one-stop-shop" for victims of domestic/family violence. One place to go and one place to call to access services. In order to receive these services you must be a QUALIFYING victim of Domestic Violence. Also some other services are Danger Assessments, Prosecution, Support Groups, Language interpretation, Employment Assistance, Childcare, and Services for the elderly, individuals with disabilities and other special populations.
