Provides 24/7 (excluding holidays) homeless hotline for families with minor children NOTE: ONLY PEOPLE WITH CHILDREN SHOULD BE REFERRED TO THIS HOTLINE. SINGLE CALLERS SEEKING SHELTER SHOULD BE REFERRED DIRECTLY TO SHELTERS. Phone-based screening determines if the caller is literally homeless based on HUD's definition, which means that you and your family are living in a place not meant for human habitation, like outdoors or in a car. Call for assessment.
