In case of difficulties getting through, use one of the alternate numbers if it is not possible to get through on the 9-1-1 line in the following counties in West TN: Benton, Chester, Crockett, Decatur, Dyer, Fayette, Gibson, Hardeman, Hardin, Haywood, Henderson, Henry, Madison, McNairy, Obion and Shelby counties. These numbers are only temporary until any issues with the phones have been resolved by the phone company.
