HIV Case Management Services for PLWHA (Persons Living With HIV/AIDS) residing in Northeast Tennessee including the counties of Carter, Greene, Hancock, Hawkins, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi and Washington. HOPE for Tennessee is funded by the Tennessee Department of Health's Ryan White Part B and HOPWA (Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS) programs to provide the following HIV related services:

Housing Assistance and Information
